Dr. Betsy Guerra is a bilingual Licensed Psychotherapist and Inspirational Speaker. She uses her personal experience of what most would describe as an unbearable tragedy to convey a powerful message of hope, perspective and transformation.
As a living testament of her message, Dr. Betsy fuses her 20 years of clinical expertise with personal anecdotes to help men, women, and youth overcome grief, relationship, and communication challenges.

Silvia Stradi, Chief Nurse Executive, HCA East Florida Division
Silvia Stradi, RN, MSN has worked for HCA for the past 25 years. Promoted to the East Florida Division Chief Nurse Executive in April 2018, she previously served as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Palms West Hospital and was a CNO for 16 years. She has experience in all facets of nursing leadership, administration, and management, including executive management, strategic planning, operations, critical care, emergency services, cardiovascular intensive care and surgical services.
Mrs. Stradi has been recognized as a Hispanic Woman of Distinction, a Palm Healthcare Foundation Leadership Awardee, an Excellence in Leadership Award recipient by Nursing Spectrum, and a March of Dimes Woman of Distinction. She is an alum of the National Hispana Leadership Institute, an organization whose focus is to develop Hispanic ethical women leaders.
Mrs. Stradi earned her Master of Science in Nursing Administration and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University in Miami, Florida. In her spare time, you can find her enjoying her family and traveling
Dionne Stephens, Ph.D - Associate Professor of Psychology - Florida International University
Originally from Toronto, Dr. Dionne Stephens became a faculty member at Florida International University (FIU) after earning her doctorate in Human Development from The University of Georgia. Currently an Associate Professor of Psychology at Florida International University, Dionne's research examines socio-historical factors shaping minority populations’ health inequity experiences, with emphasis on understanding the importance of cultural values and meanings for health. A National Institute for Teaching and Mentorship Faculty Mentor of the Year awardee, her service efforts focus on helping marginalized students, under-represented ethnic minorities, and women faculty negotiate the academic pipeline.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of International Business (MIB) from Florida International University. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America’s Certified Culinary Sales Person (CCSP) program. Laura is a mom, wife, and dog lover with a big-time passion for serving & the outdoors.
